As an employee with Advanced Health Care, you are provided login credentials for our mobile app – ClearCareGo (CCGo). Within the CCGo app, you can view your schedule, access client care plan information, clock in/out, and add mileage and comments. Additional features including completing tasks in the app (which will eliminate the Client Care Flow Sheets) will be available in the near future!
If you are unable to log in to the app, please contact our office at 800-690-3330. Below is a short tutorial on how to navigate the app once you have it downloaded on your phone:
Logging in and Using The App
Download the app on your mobile device, the app is available for both Andriod and iOS. Open the CCGo app on your mobile desktop. The caregiver will enter their e-mail address in their caregiver profile, and their password. Use the ‘Remember Me’ option for the app to remember the user’s e-mail address.
Shifts
From the Shifts screen, the caregiver will see a list of their shifts for the current day. The caregiver can use the calendar at the top of the app or scroll to view past shifts or upcoming shifts.
Tap on ‘Get Directions’ to get directions to the client’s location. Please note: ClearCare Go will use the default mapping app set on the caregiver’s phone. For iPhone users, this default is locked to Apple Maps. For Android users, the default mapping app can differ depending on the phone configuration.
The caregiver can tap on a scheduled shift to view shift tasks and clock-in. Caregivers can clock in/out if enabled, update tasks, and record mileage through the app. (Tasks are not currently being utilized, but will be a feature for AHC caregivers in the near future).
Once the shift is open, click on the client’s name to see the client’s demographics and a map of the client’s home location. Click on the clipboard in the upper right to view the client’s assessment and plan of care.
Clients
From the Clients view, the caregiver can view a list of clients whom they work with in the future. The caregiver is unable to view the client’s information with whom they have worked with in the past and do not have scheduled shifts in the future.

Caregiver Profile Access
Caregivers are able to change their passwords directly from the app. They can also choose to use their fingerprint to sign in to the app, ensuring their client’s maximum safety. Please note: A fingerprint login is tied to only one user/email account (this is a limitation of mobile devices), thus only one ClearCare agency. If the caregiver works for multiple agencies, they will need to log in using their email address and password and should not set the fingerprint access.
From the mobile app menu, the caregiver can click on their profile summary in the upper left
The caregiver will be able to view their address, phone number and e-mail on file. The caregiver will also be able to update their password by tapping the orange pencil icon in the upper right. The caregiver is unable to edit their address, phone number or e-mail address from the mobile app.
In addition, the caregiver can enable Fingerprint sign in. If using a shared device, Fingerprint sign-in is not recommended. Please note: A fingerprint login is tied to only one user/email account (this is a limitation of mobile devices), thus only one ClearCare agency. If the caregiver works for multiple agencies, they will need to log in using their email address and password and should not set the fingerprint access.
