Nursing Assistant Appreciation Week

Advanced Health Care had the privilege to honor and appreciate our employees during the annual National Nursing Assistant Appreciation Week. Every year in June, a week is set aside to honor the incredible work that these caring frontline professionals do every day for elders and people with disabilities. It’s been especially evident over the past several years just how important these people are to our healthcare system. They work in nursing home facilities, senior living communities, hospitals, private client homes, adult family homes, and more. Never in our county’s history has their assistance been so needed as it has been the past few years during the pandemic and as the largest generation of Americans, the Baby Boomers, continue to age.
We are so grateful for the nursing assistants that choose to work with us at Advanced Health Care. We have some truly amazing people who care for our clients and allow them to age in place with the dignity and care they deserve. During this week of celebration, our nursing assistants were invited to come to our offices for food, photos, gift card drawings, and fun. You can see some of them pictured below!
If you know someone who works as a nursing assistant, show them some appreciation. They deserve this recognition and appreciation for all the compassionate care they provide.
